Must read for EFL/ESL teachers and teacher-trainers

I am writing my end of course thesis and I have been finding lots of information that I need for my work. It not only goes through materials and methods it touches syllabus, evaluation and gives us references so that one can go and get further input. Each chapter contains practical " exercises" kind of reflection stops where one can think of his/her own particular teaching environment, analyse and take action towards improvement of the teaching, learning experience. I initially got the book to work on my thesis but it revealed to be really helpful and useful for me to plan lessons as well as manage different groups of learners needs.
